Back at the plate, Benjamin St. Pierre was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Derek Lacey was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Montclair, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7-1 record this season.
