Tony Brown Makes It Two for Porter-Gaud
The second Porter-Gaud player making an appearance here is Tony Brown, and for good reason. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making eight total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending two passes.
Brown and Porter-Gaud will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cardinal Newman at 7:30 p.m. on October 25th. The Cyclones got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cardinals, probably because Brown had a solid game then too: he picked up a sack and made ten total tackles. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
