Bishop O'Connell found their leader in sophomore Makel Minor, who made all 5 shots he took racking up 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Minor has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shane Lincoln, who posted nine points and three steals.

Bishop O'Connell pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for St. Mary's Ryken, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
