The First Assembly Christian Crusaders will challenge the Christ Our Rock Lutheran Silver Stallions at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

First Assembly Christian is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since March 6th on Wednesday. They lost 13-2 to Arrowhead Christian.

Christian Forrest made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. First Assembly Christian is 4-1 when Forrest posts two or more runs, but 0-4-1 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Palmer, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Christ Our Rock Lutheran had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let Odin/Patoka/Sandoval get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Silver Stallions in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won eight in a row.

First Assembly Christian now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Christ Our Rock Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
