The Weber Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fifth straight loss. They suffered a tough 57-33 defeat at the hands of Farmington. Weber was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Farmington apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.
Weber's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rylee Jugler, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Weber's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Farmington, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-14.
Weber will take on Syracuse at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Syracuse will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Weber surely won't give up without a fight. As for Farmington, they will head out on the road to take on Fremont at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Fremont focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Friday.
