There's no place like home for Richfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Minneapolis South Tigers on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Richfield was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 23-25, 25-19, 25-10.

Taylor Nickell paced Richfield's offense, picking up ten kills. Nickell got some help from Julia Wolke and her 30 assists. Lexi Carlson controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

With the victory, Richfield broke their five-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-14. As for Minneapolis South, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-21.

Richfield has already played their next contest (against Delano), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Minneapolis South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against DeLaSalle on the 21st.
