Jacob Flinchum posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 146 yards and two TDs on only seven carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.

Coming up, Flinchum and Providence Grove will challenge East Davidson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Golden Eagles thanks in part to Flinchum: he rushed for 81 yards, and also caught one score.
