Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the North Creek Jaguars, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They were beaten by the Eagles 69-41 on Thursday. North Creek has not had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Despite the loss, North Creek still got an impressive performance from Mikah Hammerquist, who scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was Peyton Bareither, who scored seven points.
North Creek has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Issaquah, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-9.
North Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Issaquah also has no future games currently scheduled.
