That makes it three consecutive games in which Smith has scored at least 25% of Middletown's points. Another player making a difference was Sophia Abanador, who scored nine points.
Kolbe-Cathedral's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-2. As for Middletown, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
