The Chapin Eagles had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on White Knoll with a sharp 53-31 win on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Chapin has posted since December 1, 2023.
Chapin found their leader in underclassman Reagan Haggard, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 17 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Haggard has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Keke Wright, who scored nine points along with four steals.
Chapin's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for White Knoll, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing River Bluff the next time they take the court. Chapin will host River Bluff at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while White Knoll will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
