Garrett's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Carter Coffman, who went 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 3 assists. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Drayton Myers, who scored 16 points.
Garrett's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-6. As for Hamilton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
Garrett will head out on the road to face off against Central Noble at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Central Noble presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Garrett in Indiana (Central Noble is ranked 88th, while Garrett is ranked 354th). As for Hamilton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Eastside at 7:30 p.m.
