The Kimberton Waldorf Bulls lost against the AIM Academy Wolfpack back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Kimberton Waldorf fell 66-54 to AIM Academy.
When it comes to explaining why Kimberton Waldorf lost, one person who can't be blamed is Weston Devine. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 19 points and 16 rebounds. Devine scored a full 35.2% of Kimberton Waldorf's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Colton Mailey was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 7 rebounds.
Kimberton Waldorf's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for AIM Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kimberton Waldorf will challenge Mercy Career & Technical at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. AIM Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Delaware Valley Friends at 12:00 p.m. on December 21st.
