Bell Creek Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Florida's top teams: First Academy, who was ranked 14th at the time (Bell Creek Academy was ranked 11th). The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Eagles a 22-0 shutout on Friday. The score was close at halftime, but the Panthers pulled away in the second half with 20 points.

The Panthers blew past the Patriots 58-8. With the Panthers ahead 44-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

One of the most notable was Jonathon Sawicky, who picked up 45 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 38 yards. Another player making a difference was Tristan Cornish, who rushed for 90 yards and one score on only six carries.
Foundation Christian Academy didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited The Classical Academy of Sarasota to a completion percentage of just 42.9%.
