Covenant Christian Academy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Zachary Bendix, who scored five points along with two steals and two blocks, and Gabriel Marvin who scored six points along with seven steals. Another player making a difference was Luke Thomas, who scored six points.
Chelsea Academy now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Covenant Christian Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chelsea Academy will face off against the Saints at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
