Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Odessa). They breezed by the Penney Hornets to the tune of 80-30 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Odessa's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Penney, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Odessa will square off against St. Paul Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st. Penney has already played their next contest (against Orrick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
