IDEA South Flores got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Vashon Philips out in front who scored 31 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. The game was Philips' fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tito Rodriguez, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds.
IDEA South Flores has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Varsity Opponent, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 131-472-5 record this season.
