The Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame took care of business in their home opener on Saturday (and then some). They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 49-22 win over Selkirk.
Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame can attribute much of their success to Daniel Clute, who scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds.
Meanwhile, even though Columbia scored an imposing 60 points on Saturday, Tekoa-Rosalia still came out on top. Tekoa-Rosalia took their contest against Columbia 72-60. The win was just what Tekoa-Rosalia needed coming off of a 92-61 defeat in their prior match.
Isaac Bone went supernova for Tekoa-Rosalia, scoring 34 points. The game was Bone's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Vanden Allen, who scored 18 points.
Chesterton Academy of Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Tekoa-Rosalia, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
