Eleanor Valkner was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 23 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Hailey Anderson, who scored 17 points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, St. Mary entered their tilt with St. Mary Cathedral with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. St. Mary walked away with a 53-44 victory over St. Mary Cathedral on Monday.
Glen Lake is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for St. Mary, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home.
Everything came up roses for Glen Lake against St. Mary in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 as the team secured a 62-24 win. With Glen Lake ahead 33-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
