They never let the Tucker County Mountain Lions get on the board and left with a 27-0 victory on Tuesday. Matthew McCartney made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those four runs gave him a new career-high.
