It was a proper cat-fight when Tyler challenged Texas on Friday. The Tyler Lions came out on top against the Texas Tigers by a score of 59-50. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Tigers back in January, they had to take a 64-55 loss.

Tyler has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season. As for Texas, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-12.
