It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Sheridan had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They breezed by the Clinton Central Bulldogs to the tune of  44-6. That 38 point margin sets a new team best for the Blackhawks this season.
  Jonathan Barnes had a dynamite game for Sheridan, rushing for 105 yards and three touchdowns.  Alex Cravens handled things on the ground, rushing for 104 yards.
 Sheridan was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 329  rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Clinton Central only rushed for 102.
 The  victory  got Sheridan back to even at 5-5. As for Clinton Central,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-7.
 Sheridan will be staying on the road  on Friday to face off against Clinton Prairie at 7:00  p.m. Clinton Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
