They were the victim of a rough 69-44 defeat at the hands of Olentangy Orange. While losing is never fun, Olentangy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 140th, while Olentangy Orange is ranked second).
Olentangy's defeat came about despite a quality game from Jay Agrawal, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Jackson Wiley, who scored five points.
Meanwhile, Dublin Jerome was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 51-47 to Olentangy Berlin. Dublin Jerome has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Olentangy's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Dublin Jerome, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
