The Mechanicsburg Indians will challenge the West Liberty-Salem Tigers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Mechanicsburg will head out to face West Liberty-Salem after giving up their first home loss of the  season on Friday. The Indians came up short against  Northeastern, falling  52-26. While the Indians didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Jets  7-0 in the first  quarter.
 Despite their  loss, Mechanicsburg saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays.  Conley Bogard, who threw for 255 yards and three  TDs, was perhaps the best of all.
 Meanwhile,  after soaring to 42  points the game before, West Liberty-Salem was a bit more limited  in their  matchup  on Friday. They took  a  20-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Jefferson.
 West Liberty-Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Mechanicsburg, their  loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.
 Mechanicsburg was taken down by West Liberty-Salem 42-13 in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024. Can the Indians avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
