 Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Horizon's offense. They came up short against  Del Valle on Friday, falling  8-0. While losing is never fun, the Scorpions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings  (they are ranked 716th, while the Conquistadores are ranked 46th).
 El Dorado's victory bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Horizon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
