On Saturday Justice take on Rocky Mountain Lutheran at Recht Field at 1:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 16-64, which was the final score in Justice's tilt against Soroco last Saturday. Justice were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 16-48.
Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain Lutheran have to be hurting after a devastating 22-56 loss at the hands of Vail Christian. Rocky Mountain Lutheran were down by 14-56 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. If Rocky Mountain Lutheran want to win, Rocky Mountain Lutheran will need to focus on stopping Justice's senior Izzy Farah, who passed for 169 yards and 2 touchdowns, and senior TyShawn Silva, who caught passes for 111 yards and picked up 49 yards on the ground. We'll see whether or not they are up to the challenge.
