Evadale won against West Hardin on Tuesday with 14 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Rebels put the hurt on the Oilers with a sharp 14-5 win. The Rebels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Alex Ramirez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Evadale let Kayden Hubbard and Cooper Palmer run wild. Hubbard went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Palmer went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits Palmer has posted since back in March. Brayden Stinson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Evadale kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

The victory (which was Evadale's fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-10. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for West Hardin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-18.

As of now, neither Evadale nor the Oilers have any future games scheduled.
