Weslaco East proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by seven) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Mercedes Tigers. The win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on seven straight.
