There's no place like home for New Trier, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hersey Huskies on Friday. The Trevians haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

New Trier never let Hersey on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14.

New Trier's victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Hersey, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-12.

New Trier has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against DePaul College Prep on the 17th. As for Hersey, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lyons on the 17th.
