Hoboken (N.J.) kept up a steady attack all game long to beat
Ridgefield Memorial (Ridgefield, N.J.), 34-7, on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a safety in the second quarter, the Redwings led 14-0 at the half.
Hoboken grew its lead to 22 points entering the fourth quarter. HHS scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by
Donte Bass.
Ridgefield Memorial's only touchdown came on a 17-yard pass in the fourth quarter.
The Redwings entered the contest giving up 19.0 points per game this year.
The win was a nice bounce back for Hoboken, which lost to Union City last week, 41-7. The loss was the third in a row for the Royals.
