Clarksville Christian can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent game on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 56-13 victory over Christian Community on the road. The win was nothing new for Clarksville Christian as they're now sitting on six straight.
It was another big night for Lauren Hassell, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 18 or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Nevaeh Brooks, who scored 16 points along with five steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Christian Community struggled to work together and finished the game with only an assist. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Clarksville Christian pushed their record up to 17-9 with that win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Christian Community, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-10.
Clarksville Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Christian Community, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Riverside Christian Academy on Tuesday. Christian Community is facing Riverside Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Riverside Christian Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
