Landrum won the last time they faced Liberty and things went their way on Friday too. The Cardinals put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 68-46 win. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Liberty's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kameria Paul, who went 7-for-10 to rack up 17 points. Aubrey Lee was another key player, dropping a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Landrum now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Liberty, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Landrum and Asheville will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty will take on Pickens in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Red Devils' defense better be ready for this one: the Blue Flame have averaged an impressive 50.2 points per game this season.
