Basketball Recap: Aiyana Harrison Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat East Wake

After losing to East Wake the last time they met, Hunt decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Hunt took down East Wake 61-44 on Monday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hunt to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aiyana Harrison, who posted 17 points. Those 17 points gave Harrison a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Juliana Jones, who earned 16 points.

Hunt's victory bumped their record up to 10-13. As for East Wake, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Coming up, Hunt won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fike at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fike will roll in looking for their 24th straight win, something Hunt surely won't give up without a fight. East Wake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
