Meanwhile, Alisal entered their tilt with Monte Vista Christian on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Mustangs a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won four matches by seven runs or more so far this season.
The team relied heavily on Jasmine Estrada, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Smith, who scored three runs while going 1-for-3.
