Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trimble). They blew past the Federal Hocking Lancers 19-2 on Tuesday. With that win, the Tomcats brought their scoring average up to 8 runs per game.
Hadley Mace made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run but no hits. Mace was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
