The Parkview Vikings were the 70-51 winner over the Neosho Wildcats when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Parkview's tough 53-30 loss to Neosho on Wednesday might stick with them for a while. Parkview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Vikings players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Austin Hall, who scored 7 points along with 7 steals. Shiloh Giles was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 13 rebounds.
Parkview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Neosho, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Parkview's road trip will continue as they head out to face Nevada at 4:30 p.m. on November 30th. Neosho will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Monett at 7:30 p.m. on December 11th.
