Softball Recap: Lamphere Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lamphere, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They never let the Center Line Panthers get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won four matches by 15 runs or more so far this season.

Lamphere got a massive performance out of Emilie Eritano (2025), who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run was Eritano (2025)'s first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Aliana Martinez (2026), who went 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Lamphere always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Center Line only posted an OBP of .400.

The win got Lamphere back to even at 4-4. As for Center Line, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Coming up, Lamphere will challenge Mott at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Marauders will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight. As for Center Line, they will take on Clawson at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
