McKinney North waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Ridge Point Panthers.

Tinley Brubaker paced McKinney North's offense, picking up ten kills. Brubaker got some help from Jordan Kowallis and her 15 assists. Kowallis also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Anna Sayman, racking up two apiece.

McKinney North's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Ridge Point, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

McKinney North has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Magnolia West on the 15th. As for Ridge Point, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Keller on the 15th.
