The Mount Dora Christian Academy Bulldogs received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 74-59 to the Legacy Charter Eagles. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Mount Dora Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Tyler Mcclinton-Hutto, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 15 points and eight rebounds. The matchup was Mcclinton-Hutto's third in a row with at least ten points. Luke Deininger was another key player, going 5 of 9 on his way to 12 points along with eight boards and six assists.

Khaliel Caldwell was a one-man wrecking crew for Legacy Charter as he went 8 of 11 en route to 21 points. Those 21 points gave Caldwell a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Khori Polarchy, who posted 13 points and three steals.

Mount Dora Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Legacy Charter, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Mount Dora Christian Academy (ranked 297th) will meet Circle Christian (ranked 714th) at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mount Dora Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.4 points per game this season. Similarly, Legacy Charter (ranked 217th) will meet Cornerstone Charter Academy (ranked 541st) at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
