The Ridgedale Rockets will head out on the road to challenge the Perry Commodores at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Last Saturday, things could have been worse for Ridgedale, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 47-33 loss to Waynesfield-Goshen.
Meanwhile, Perry can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They took their contest at home with ease, bagging a 63-36 win over Vanlue. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Perry had established a 24 point advantage.
Ridgedale has not been sharp recently as the team has lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season. As for Perry, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6.
Ridgedale came up short against Perry in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 45-35. Can Ridgedale avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
