On Tuesday, the Rigby Trojans faced the Madison Bobcats in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Rigby strolled past Madison with points to spare, taking the game 49-35. Winning may never get old, but Rigby sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Kambree Barber continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. She hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for nine straight games. Kinzley Larsen was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.

Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Madison, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.
Rigby will take on Thunder Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Thunder Ridge will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Idaho Rankings (they are ranked 59th, while Rigby is ranked fourth). As for Madison, they will head out on the road to face off against Highland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Highland has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 29.
