Crest Ridge might have drawn first blood against Archie on Friday, but it was Archie who got the last laugh. Crest Ridge ended up on the wrong side of a painful 7-28 walloping at Archie hands. The state rankings had actually given Crest Ridge a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
The loss dropped Crest Ridge's record to 0-2. The win bumped Archie's record up to 2-0.
