Noah Nix turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than nine strikeouts on Wednesday. He struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Salem is 5-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 9-11 otherwise.
