That makes it three consecutive games in which Robinson has scored at least 25% of Trinity Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Mary Grace Cleek, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Despite the loss, Jackson North Side saw an underclassman step up: Jada Vandiver scored eight points along with three steals.
Even though they lost, Jackson North Side were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. This was only their ninth loss (out of nine games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
Trinity Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 3-11 record this season. As for Jackson North Side, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Trinity Christian Academy and South Gibson will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. South Gibson presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Trinity Christian Academy in Tennessee (South Gibson is ranked 56th, while Trinity Christian Academy is ranked 326th). As for Jackson North Side, they will head out on the road to face off against Haywood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
