The Dysart Demons stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They breezed by Coronado at home to the tune of 79-35. The win was familiar territory for Dysart who now have six in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dysart to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nate Morales, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Nigel Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with four steals.
Dysart pushed their record up to 17-3 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.27 points. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dysart will take on Tempe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Coronado won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Cortez at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. Cortez knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven games -- so hopefully Coronado likes a good challenge.
