Sophie Burns and Devon Schweitzer certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Burns had seven digs and four aces, while Schweitzer had nine digs and one assist.
Mater Dei's victory bumped their record up to 35-5. As for Rocklin, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 15 matches and leaves them with a 37-5 record.
As of now, neither Mater Dei nor the Thunder have any future games scheduled.
