South Fork's Troy Langley rumbled for the longest rushing play in Humboldt-Del Norte - Little 4 this season in his game against St. Bernard's last week. Langley ran for 87 yards on the play and finished with 143 on the day as his team fell to the Crusaders.
Ferndale added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Hoopa Valley, 36-8. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Wildcats.
Noah Davis threw for 287 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Langley was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 143 yards as South Fork bested South Fork. Teammate Cole Moody added to the ground attack by rushing for 71 yards.
Matthew Tomlin's team's Davis and Chandler Wilson led Humboldt-Del Norte - Little 4 in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Davis has thrown for 1,015 yards this season, while Wilson has 40 catches for 528 yards. Andrew Olsen's team's Joey Wittlake leads the league in rushing yards with 688.
The Cubs are currently in third, while Ferndale is in second.
