The defeat dropped Hillsboro's record to 4-3. The victory bumped DeSoto's record up to 4-3.
Next week Hillsboro take on Jackson at 7:00 PM. Jackson have averaged 63 points over the course of their past seven games, so Hillsboro might be in for a challenge. As for DeSoto, they will face off against Ste. Genevieve. These teams both seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
