Amelle Passee was the offensive standout of the match as she dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Northwestern's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Doughty, who scored 8 points.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 68-32, which was the final score in DuVal's tilt against Springdale Prep on Saturday.
Northwestern's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for DuVal, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Northwestern was dealt a bruising 62-31 loss at the hands of DuVal in their previous matchup back in January.
