Last Tuesday, Sandhills Classical Christian took a serious blow against Antioch Christian Academy, falling 53-25. Sandhills Classical Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-11.
Meanwhile, Father Capodanno unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 67-48 bruising from Scotland Christian Academy. The matchup was a 27-27 toss-up at halftime, but Father Capodanno couldn't quite close it out.
Sandhills Classical Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Father Capodanno, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-9.
Sandhills Classical Christian came up short against Father Capodanno in their previous meeting back in November of 2021, falling 31-25. Can Sandhills Classical Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
