Holmes dropped their record down to 7-9 with the  defeat, which was their third straight  at home. As for Taft,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 13-5.
 Looking ahead, Holmes will head out to  challenge Warren  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Taft, they will host Stevens  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Taft is facing Stevens at the right time seeing as Stevens is stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
